We do not offer refunds, however, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us via email to process an approval for exchange/store credit. Once approved we will issue an approval code to be included in your package. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving. The item must be returned new, unused and include original packaging and receipt of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

Returned items that are damaged will not be eligible for store credit or exchange - it is the customers responsibility to ensure proper packaging of item being returned to avoid damage in transit. For fragile items please consider insuring your package in the event of loss or damage.

Please take extra care when ordering from our FOUND selection. Many of these items are vintage and all are pieces scouted from markets, estates and otherwise. They are new-to-you with various stages of past love and patina. If you have any questions, please email prior to ordering and additional information will be happily provided! All purchases from FOUND are final sale and non-returnable for return, exchange, or store credit.

In addition to our FOUND selections we will occasionally have Final Sale pieces - these are non-returnable and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
